Nolt Dental Associates is a private general dentistry practice with three doctors located in Ephrata, PA.  We are constantly increasing our use of modern technology. We are looking for team members that are willing to embrace this new digital workflow and help us integrate it into our daily practice. We have been using digital records and radiography for over 10 years. Recently, we’ve started implementing CAD/CAM dentistry and other digital technologies into our practice. We need someone who is professional, dependable, upbeat, loves working with people, and a team player.

Job Description:

Looking for a dependable, self-motivated, and honest person to join our team. We have a current opening for a chairside dental assistant. Hours for this position: will vary due to clinical and staffing demands; work hour flexibility is essential to this position. Office hours are Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm. Some responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Efficiently setting up and breaking down treatment rooms

• Assisting dentist during treatment

• Maintaining inventory/stocking rooms

• Sterilizing instruments

• Discussing treatment plans with patient

• Acquiring dental radiographs

• Dental lab work

• Taking digital and analog impressions

Minimum requirements for this position:

• Authorized to operate radiology equipment in Pennsylvania -  https://goo.gl/da8B2C

• Proficiently operate a Windows PC

• Positive attitude

• Willingness to learn
